It is with a heavy heart that we inform you that we will be closing both our online store rockabilly-rules.com and our store Red Hot and Blue in Essen. The reasons for this are manifold and based on factors and developments that are beyond our control.

With Rockabilly Rules, we have established one of our scene's most important online stores. Red Hot and Blue GmbH's success and growth over the last 21 years are based, first and foremost, on the love and loyalty of our customers, and we are very grateful for this. You should leave when it's best—we have enjoyed the best years and are now leaving when the time is right.

From now on, we will start emptying our warehouse. If you still have something on your wish list, now is the best and last time to strike. Use the code GOODBYE25 to get 25% off all products in the store. ATTENTION: Sold-out sizes and products will NOT be restocked—what's gone is gone. So don't wait too long!

Are you broke? Will I get my money back if I request a refund? What do I do if something doesn't fit and I want to exchange it?
--> No, we are not broke. Suppose you don't like something or it doesn't fit. In that case, you can send it back as usual within the return period (14 days). We will either refund the amount or send you the desired size (if still available).

What about my voucher / the credit in my account?
--> You have until 31.12.2024 to redeem your voucher or remaining credit in the store.

What happens if something breaks and I want to complain about it?
--> Until the final closure, everything runs as you are used to from us: You send us an e-mail or call support, and we will take care of it. Even after the closure, we are obliged to give a one-year guarantee. You can also contact us during this time, and we will take care of it.

Can you get product X from brand Y back in?
--> No, the store will not be restocked. What's gone is gone and won't come back in.

What's next for Rumble59 and Schmiere?
--> Unfortunately, we are currently unable to provide any concrete information about the future of Rumble59/ Schmiere. However, we are working on a solution

Will the store in Essen remain open?
--> The Red Hot and Blue store in Essen will also be closed and not restocked with new goods. However, all available sizes will remain in the store until closing.

When exactly will you close?
--> As soon as the warehouse is empty. We have not set an exact date, but we expect January/February 2025.

Another important piece of information: Due to the large number of orders in the last few days, there may be delays in shipping. Don't worry—each of your orders will go out in any case, and each of your returns will be processed as usual—both just need a little more time at the moment.
